Ideas for Arc XP

We would like to see the option to Pin an article at other positions within a single collection. For example, the first item in the collection can be a pinned article and then the 5th article may be another pinned article. This would allow for pinning articles within a web display to populate page regions from a single Collection. This would be used from feed blocks which may pull in X number of items with an offset of Y from the collection. Then predictably you can have an article appear pinned in a certain region of a page. The top region would display the first pinned article, then 3 more which are filtered by date. Then the 5th article would display in a different region of the page with a pinned article first followed by more articles filtered by date.
