Caption field should be longer than 160 characters

Currently captions are capped inside the video center UI at 160 characters. This is very short. The API allows for longer fields, but then these cannot be edited in the UI.

Ability to put any image from PhotoCenter onto a livestream

Allow for promo items/ promo image copyright field to be assigned via import API

For multisite customers, restrict editing by website

Currently, there is no way to prevent users in one newsroom (website) from editing and publishing videos from another newsroom (website) . This would be very useful for organizations that share some, but not all, videos across websites.
