Enable Text formating in Video Center (paragraphs, italic, bold)

Video center editing interface don´t provide any formating tools for fileds that accept text (Caption, Blurb). It renders the HTML code inserted but we expected to use formating tools like those that are present in the Composer (Compose tab).

API endpoint to edit pub options of a collection item

We are able to change publication options of a collection item through web interface but there is no API endpoint to change those options. It would be great if we can edit the informations through API.
