Reset editable fields when content source is updated

Move up the toggle for "Show Only Published"

I use the "Show Only Published" toggle switch in Ellipsis dozens of times per shift. I would like it to be high enough that I don't have to scroll up the screen to access it.

Resolver debugger should show something useful on error

When the content source API returns an error, the resolver debugger doesn't display anything at all. We need to know which resolver matched and what the error is in order to debug it, the putative purpose of this page.

Add the ability for a user to setup their favorite features in PB

The "Add Feature or Chain from" menu does inlcude the whole list of features and chains available for a site. A new tab for "favorite" features and chains would allow editors to work much more efficiently by shorlisting their most used features.
