In the customer support tool, the customer support team is hitting the character limit. The limit is 500 characters today. The request is to increase the limit.

Not a problem. This was a mistake since it referred to the old version of Subs.
In the new CSR, agents can add as many notes as they need, so there's no need to cram a user's entire history into 500 characters.
