As an editor, because I do not work in our print CMS any more, it is important for me to know, inside the ARC environment, if a story has been sent to our print CMS. I want the meta data of the story to record any timestamp of my "send to print" action, and present some sort of mark on the story card, either in Websked or Ellipsis (or both).
Without this, it's very hard for me to check if the story is sent over, or if the latest version has been sent.

Another way to view this is it could be included in the version history of the story in Composer.
Recommend that Composer publish a "Send to Print" event internally for other Arc applications like WebSked to use for triggering notifications
OR recommend Composer publish a "Send to Print" event to IFX so any integration can use that event.
