We're currently pre-release phase of Engine 4.0 which brings Nodejs 16 runtime and upgrades React to 18. We're shooting for April to make the new Engine version available to clients in Deployer.
ArcXP follows AWS Lambda runtime support timeline to consider it fully deprecated. For the time being, your existing Engine deployments on any Engine version is being fully supported by ArcXP and AWS.
