Objective: avoid spelling mistakes and multiple spellings for the same place/venue/country, etc.
Use-case: as a reporter, when I am filling localisation metadata for my story, fields like straat address, locality, zip code, country name, region shall autocomplete based on a reference database.
Reference database could either be an external service pre-integrated with Arc (like geodb-cities from rapidAPI) or internal to each organization.
