As a producer, I need the ability to quickly add a list of other content to articles as I create them in Composer so I can surface additional links.
Collections allow us to curate a list of content easily (and backfill soon) so it would be ideal if we could associate Collections with an article so that we could display additional links.
The Link List feature requires the user to define the list of links each time on a story. It's time consuming and not reusable from what we can tell. We want to be able to reuse a list on multiple stories and continue to update it.

I should also note that we would need the Collection to be able to be shared with multiple websites before this feature would work for our use cases with our National Content Desk.
