Hi,
I would like to suggest the possibility of adding these attributes for the links in texts and images managed in Composer. This could be really helpful for the use case of affiliate sections, very common in news websites nowadays.

We shipped this in our Composer 2.2 release that went to Sandbox on August 29th and Production on September 3rd.
