There is an option to make kicker required, but the behavior is strange. All of the fields are marked as required in the UI, but you only need to fill in one and only one. That's very confusing for our users, because each kicker is labeled required. It would be much easier if we could make the indiviual kickers required when the kickers are added. You could add a checkbox that says "required." I've included a mockup.
