In Composer v1, comment boxes would retain entered text even if we clicked elsewhere in the document. In Composer v2, clicking away dismisses the comment box and zeroes any entered text, even if we undo (this reopens an empty comment box). We'd like the old behavior restored.

Thanks for submitting this idea! This definitely seems like it should retain the text or at least warn users that unsaved changes will be lost. We'll triage with the team but don't have immediate plans to address this now.
