Currently "iPhone classic" and "Rainbow" both share the same source API for Article Content but have different Section layouts and this should remain
Section layouts should be a part of ANS for both products. In the future iPad sized/speced layouts for the iPhone (now universal) classic app should also be available.
Aside: I'm not sure Page Builder team is aware of how all the apps depend via Content Source/Tool API.
