Make default deadline on tasks configurable

Currently, the default time when a user clicks the "today" button on the date picker for a task deadline is 12:00 am. This is a time in the past, so many tasks end up being created with a deadline that has already passed. Ideally we would like to choose when the default time would be. If not, setting the default to something like 6 p.m. ET would be preferable to what it is now.

    Hi Mason,

    We addressed this issue with the updates to the new Task pages. When you select the Today radio button under the Due date filter, any task that is due before 11:59pm today is shown.
