A column view option (you can choose the default list view or toggle the column view) and it would have the functionality just like like JIRA where you can drag stories from one column to another.
The number of columns would be set by the amount of Workflow Statuses in Schemas. Also a general filter button on top "Only My Stories" to quick filter the ones that you've created and the ones that you have assigned.
