Enforce Typographically Correct Unicode Characters

In order to display articles beautifully, certain Unicode characters/sequences should be blocked in favor of alternatives: “ ” or ʺ for " " ‘ ’ or ʹ for ' ' … for ... – or — for -- © for (c) (Example)

Allow text to be changed to Blockquote

Just like regular text can be changed to a list element or heading, text should be able to be changed to a blockquote and undone.

Include a maximum character delimiter for the title and subtitle fields, per site

It would be an additional setting that would be very useful to avoid very long titles or subtitles.
