Have an option on the right rail to rearrange pix/videos and other assets

ARC takes and arranges pix and videos chronologically. It's difficult to change the order in the story unless we keep deleting videos on ARC and republishing in LMP.

When editing any story with embedded photos in the body, the up and down keyboard arrows skip lines or jumps to the embedded photo.

When using the keyboard arrow keys the cursor should go line to line and not skip. This causes problems for handicap users who cannot use a mouse and need to rely on the keyboard functionality.
