Instead of a plus or minus indicating that a photo is chosen to be added to an Ellipsis post using the Anglerfish modal, could we change the white box that subtly appears behind/around the thumb chosen to a color - a pale yellow or a drop shadow/emboss treatment?

Why is it useful and/or how should it work? This would avoid the difficulty in seeing the plus or minus sign on a photo that has a lot of white in it like in this image - QWP2SXCQWII6TPNXIT4URTAGAU. It could be easier to see at a glance instead of...
