PB UI - contenteditable links

Links should be as easily editable in the UI as are text fields like headline, blurb, etc. This functionality will be *essential* for related links on the top table of the homepage

UX suggestion - Highlight 'Share and Publish' option by creating a button

Share and Publish is the most important and critical function in Pagebuilder and that should be visually obvious by creating a real 'red button' instead of the current light text in green.

Make swiping the text when renaming a feature actually select the text in the field and not move the tile
