Filter duplicate content

As a web editor, I want content that appears in manually curated sections (like Collections) to be filtered out of Feeds so that the same stories don't show up in multiple sections of the homepage or section front of a website.

Add YouTube start at timestamp parameter to oembed iframe

Right now, when a user paste a YouTube URL with a start at parameter (ts), it is not being added to the oembed iframe URL. It would be nice to keep that parameter so the video can start at a specific position determined by editor.
