Customizable Rating list for Composer

Currently List of "Rating" on Composer is fixed and not customizable. And list in English is not useable in Japanese clients or maybe clients out side of English based countries. We would like to have list of Rating to be customizable.

Photo search API should return count

It would be helpful if the /v2/photos search api would return a count of matching records like the content API. There does not appear to be a way to automate pagination of search results.
