Workflow: Allow indefinite end date/time for Paywall rule

We would like to have a registration wall where content blocked unless a user is logged into the site. This paywall rule should be indefinate. Currently, we need to set a date far into the future for the paywall to be in effect.

Subscription Management: Cancel, extend subscription or skip next payment in massive form

Allow to cancel, extend the subscription or skip the next payment massively to all customers subscriptions that have a product "X" (massively). This would be a new functionality to be added outside the tabs we currently have.
