Ask for delete confirmation on PB Editor blocks.

We prefer the way it worked in PB Classic where the preview updated automatically. Eliminating clicks improves the workflow.

Always include the redirect_url even if the included_fields don't specify it

Normally we don't consider the redirect ans when specifying the included fields, but fusion will not follow a redirect in a resolve content source if the redirect_url is filtered out.
