Generally when publishing, the publish time is quick to get out to the general publish population. We have noticed some slow downs of 1-5 minutes over the last few days which has resulted in a lot of cloned stories and anxiety from our editors.
It would be useful for us to have a graph of publish times of content, so we can use it as a method to communicate to editors that things are getting published, just a little slowly, or as an automatic measure for alerting.
We are working on a Draft API dashboard like the new Content API dashboard. Adding a KPI for "time to complete content pipeline" may be something we can add. It probably won't be in minutes/seconds since there can be differences in the pipeline based on size of story, number of referent objects, etc... but we could at least give an indicator of "red, orange, yellow, green" with some ranges.
