In order help with the removal of deprecated PB Features, Chains, or Layouts. Add a "Purge Draft" button beside each item that is listed for the "This Feature is used" results. This will allow a developer to selectively purge a single user's Draft of a Page, without purging any other user's Drafts of the same Page. Who aren't using the recently deprecated Feature/Chain/Layout, so they should not be penalized.
