When an author is added to the byline field in the planning tab of Composer, the word 'Staff' is appended to the front of the byline entry, if that author has an Author Service entry. This is the case even when that author has an author type = contributor. The use of the word 'staff' instead of contributor is incorrect as 'staff' implies that person is a permanent employee of the company. It appears the word 'staff' is hard coded in composer rather than drawing on the 'author type' field in Author Service as it should, ideally. This idea is to either a) remove the word 'staff' altogether as it really serves no purpose here b) draw on the 'author type' field and append whatever is entered there staff, contributor, freelanceer or whatever or c) use a word such as 'author' or 'writer' instead of 'staff' which has a further meaning.
Thank you for this idea submission, I've saved this for future consideration.
