The Arc Chrome Extension can be used to open the composer from an published arc site.
My suggestion is: The arc Chrome extension also can be used vice versa. When you are in the composer you should be able to click on the arc extension and then open a preview of the the site you want to publish from the composer.
The workflow would be:
- Edit an article in composer
- click on the arc extension
- click on 'Article Preview'
- The Article is shown in a new window
Maybe you could implement it like this:
You have to be able to configure the extension. You should be able to add key value pairs where the key is something like 'article type a' or 'article type b' and the value is a url which includes a placeholder for the article-ID. For every Pair one Button ist added to the extension. When a button is clicked a new Window is opened with the url where the article-ID is set. Than you can create your own resolver which uses a Content-Source that shows also unpublished article for example.
Thank you for submitting this idea! Right now Composer is limited to a single preview site, but this is a great suggestion for how we might consider extending this for multi-site use, or multiple article type use as well.
