Please add the ability to get a notification when a story (Composer) file is created. As an editor, I want to get a notification when files are created for certain stories so I know that that those stories have been "budgeted" in Websked. As an editor, I need to know when reporters on my team have started Composer files for their stories, so I can then pitch them to the appropriate platforms and publications
Like other story-related notifications, users should be able to limit these to certain authors.

You'll be glad to know that we are now publishing different "story events" that your development team can work with. Here is the documentation:

While this does not enable you to receive notifications via WebSked when content is created, it does empower your teams to access more content-related events and create very specific, customized actions that you're looking for.

This could be indeed interesting for the Head of section to know when a reporter created a story.

We don't have anything on the near or medium term roadmap to address this, but it's good to know it is still of keen interest as we look to improve notifications over time.
