Author Services -- make "enter" work to trigger search

In Author Service when you are looking for a specific person, you have to actually hit the "Search" button. Please enable the enter or return key to trigger the search as well.

Notification trigger when “send to print” is triggered

As a print editor, I want to be notified when a story is sent to print so I can grab it in a timely manner. I also want to be notified about any subsequent send to print actions in addition to the initial one.

Add text wrapping option to Raw HTML block

It would be great if we could get text to wrap in the Raw HTML block. Currently, if I paste in HTML and need to edit anything I need to scroll along a single line and it can be frustrating trying to find a tiny bit of HTML to edit in a long string.

Redesign admin to make it more apparent where to place text

More than once, a writer started writing in the subheadline field (see attached). There isn't an obvious marker where the body text begins just by looking at the admin screen. Hoping a few design tweaks can make things more obvious.

Update babel to support the new JSX Transform
