An Arc status page we could check for anything that is affecting many customers. Like https://api.twitterstat.us/ This would keep us from opening multiple tickets, and would also get us an a potential answer very fast.

This is still a pretty significant issue. I know alerts are sometimes posted on a specific page of the ACS portal, but if you don't have that exact page bookmarked it's very hard to find.

In light of Photo Center issues recently, we want to advocate for Arc system status page again. It can help some questions and save some tickets.
