An Arc status page we could check for anything that is affecting many customers. Like https://api.twitterstat.us/ This would keep us from opening multiple tickets, and would also get us an a potential answer very fast.
This is still a pretty significant issue. I know alerts are sometimes posted on a specific page of the ACS portal, but if you don't have that exact page bookmarked it's very hard to find.
