Hi there,
This feature seeks to have the top "Block Details" panel header pinned to the top when scrolling within that panel in PageBuilder Editor.
This header has the Collapsed/Expand and Close buttons within it.
I've found myself having to scroll back to the top to close this panel, and having those two buttons (Collapsed/Expand and Close) within reach would help increase my overall workflow.
The current workaround is to either scroll up to those buttons, or to go over to the left and click the "Curate" button. However, you end up back at the top of the main Curate panel, instead of down where your block/chain was.
Side note: This panel seems to always say "Block Details" even if we're updating/adding a chain. Should it say "Chain Details" in that space when doing so?
