there is an icon at the top and bottom of the blocks list in PBE with the word Blocks and either an up or down arrow. It does nothing and imparts no useful information. All it does is cover up the actual blocks I want to edit and make me scroll to get it out of the way so I can do that.
Can it be disabled?

Hi Lynda, Thank you for your idea. We are planning to remove the "Blocks" with arrows experience from the Curate Workspace Blocks navigator list and will be implementing this as part of PageBuilder Editor's upcoming production release. Thank you!
