The images rendered by the TopTable List block display the full size images
Ex:https://www.irishnews.com/
The Medium size stories need only 233x175 px image, but if I fetch the image URL I get this image which is way too big for what the block needs

Hello, thank you for submitting this idea. We do intentionally avoid multiple image resizer calls on our blocks to prevent negative performance impacts, but are always striving to optimize our blocks with any performance improvements. At this time, we don't plan on supporting additional image sizes, but we will continue to monitor feedback on this.
