Hi there,
This idea seeks to allow us to check a box in Composer Settings to hide all the extra Headline fields that aren't "Working Headline."
At the moment, editors are typically using the "Working Headline" field. In Composer 2.0, all of the Headline fields are now expanded by default (so 7 fields altogether).
I think there are a few options here:
Provide a checkbox in Composer Settings that hides those extra 6 fields.
Collapse the 6 fields by default on Left Panel load, and always expose the Working Headline field. Clicking the + sign would expand to show the other 6 fields.
Implement what I filed in an ACS ticket, where expanded/collapsed fields are saved on Composer article refresh, so the user can decide what should be expanded collapsed as they work in the Arc XP system.
This might tie in to the request already made in SB-I-544 as well.
Thanks!
We shipped the new ability to configure headlines with a subsequent release in Composer 2.0
See https://ideas.arcxp.com/ideas/SB-I-579 as well for added customization of collapsed/expanded items. Thanks!
