Our time is valuable and every second counts. That is why I am suggesting we #SkipAClick and make it so the “manage circulations” pop-up/full screen is not a pop-up and is instead embedded fully into the “Planning” tab.
I have edited a photo to show what this could look like in practice. That photo is below.
I suggest we remove the requirement to click “Manage circulations” and have the managing page visible and easily accessible from the moment we open the “Planning” tab.

I think the idea of the circulations window being in the composer window like that would streamline things significantly.
