Would it be possible for a journalist to create its own template(s) with as much as possible prefilled elements, so that he can easily start an article. This is asked by journalists writing only for a section e.g., they each time have to set up the circulation, own signature etc.
Each one would have its own preferred templates, possibly sharable with collegues, but not shown by default in the main list.
Hi Phil, thank you for clarifying! I've adjusted this one for future consideration and updated the title, because it sounds like you're looking for individual user templates. I hope I've captured that accurately, and I agree this is a different ask than my initial interpretation. Thank you!
Thank Jenny for your message.
Though I'm not fully satisfied with the answer. If a journalist does create a template through the way you mention, it would be visible for all users, wouldn't it? My question was more to allow users to create their own templates, just to be seen and used by each one.
Hi there, thank you for submitting this request! We have a setting today allowing a user to "View and Update templates." This lives under Arc's Permissions, which are assigned to user roles. In this case, we would encourage you to consider assigning this permission - even temporarily - for the users who you want to be able to create their own templates.
