Ideas for Arc XP

Hi there,

We're looking to see if the Composer 2.0 team can keep the tabs pinned to the top of the Left Panel when scrolling.

What this means is that the top row of tabs (ie. Planning, Meta, Featured Media) would always be accessible near the top-left of the editor window, even when you scroll down.

For example, this would allow you to easily click to the Featured Media tab if you were at the bottom of the Planning tab, rather than needing to scroll all the way back to the top to see each of the tabs.

I'm finding that some of us are accidentally clicking that back button near the top-left, thinking it would bring us back to resurfacing those tabs, but this actually closes out the article.

We're used to having those tabs pinned and accessible in Composer 1.0, and I think it would be ideal to keep those just as accessible in Composer 2.0 whenever the Left Panel is expanded.
