Instead of receiving a weird and ugly red error whenever another user is touching the same Collection you are editing, as an editor it is essential to get visibility if another user is editing a list and take control of it on an organized way. Given that Collections can be used as content source for sensitive areas in your page this becomes even more relevant.

This idea is similar to https://ideas.arcxp.com/ideas/WS-I-209 however it includes the ability to Knock and Take Over. I'm going to merge these two ideas and include the recommendations from this idea too.
