Ideas for Arc XP

Manual promo blocks offer a flexible way of manually creating jump off points for content of different types - they come in different sizes. however, aspect ratios 16:9, 3:2 and 4:3. It would be useful to also allow 1:1 and 9:16 (upright) formats across all manual promo blocks. A similar ticket was shipped a number of years ago with new aspect ratios but not the ones requested here (https://ideas.arcxp.com/ideas/TM-I-2) . this appears to be a simple adjustment to the Arc blocks
